St. Charles County Considers Ban Of Sex Offenders From Parks (FOX 2 News St. Louis)
Some convicted sex offenders would be banned from parks in St. Charles County under a new proposal. Councilman Joe McCulloch's measure would ban from the eight county-operated parks those convicted of committing crimes against children. Violators would be warned the first time.
