PSL Council addresses sex offenders, late drinking and drug paraphernalia (TCPalm.com)
Port St. Lucie has now joined a growing list of Florida cities and counties that prevent sex offenders from living within 2,500 feet of a school, park or child care facility. St. Lucie County added its name to that list in September when county commissioners passed an identical law that applies only to unincorporated areas of the county.
