Brookfield Board Passes Ordinance For Sex Offenders (The Brookfield Journal)
After raising the infraction fee from $100 to $250 and getting input from the school district, the Brookfield Board of Selectmen has unanimously approved an ordinance on registered sex offenders, prohibiting them from being in child safety zones, including parks, schools, playgrounds, creation centers, beaches, swimming pools, wading pools gymnasiums and athletic fields.
